The 2014 Heritage Home Tour “Made in Portland” is less than two weeks away! This year five houses of varying architecture will be opened to the public, including examples of Arts and Crafts, Prairie, a mid-century ranch and a Swiss chalet.

The Gilliland House in the Irvington neighborhood of Portland, OR.

This event is not to be missed and a chance to learn more about the history of Portland. Highlights include a 1920’s house designed by prominent architect William Gray Purcell and the Gilliland House, based on a design by Gustave Stickley and considered one of the only two Stickley “True Craftsmen” houses in Portland.
